Over the last year we have been working together to create a new five year strategy for Share and Repair from April 2026. We held consultation sessions at one of our volunteer socials and two online volunteer sessions where we asked people how they saw our work developing and what they would like Share and Repair to look like in 5 years time.
We were also supported by the Social Economy West programme to have some external facilitation from strategy expert Amy Sawbridge to ensure we learnt from how other organisations had approached this process, and were able to hold a successful workshop with both our staff and trustees. We’d like to thank Amy for all her help and support over the year.

Similar themes came out from all our discussions and helped to shape our new strategy. It is hard to see five years into the future, so we have kept our plans very strategic and each year will write more detailed action plans on how we will push things forward towards our goals.
Please see the attached document for our new strategy and if you have any questions or would like more information please do email our CEO Ruth Lambert on ruth@shareandrepair.org.uk.
