Helping Others Get Started
Homekit
Introduction
What is HomeKIT?
HomeKIT is an exciting project from Share and Repair, providing essential home electricals to people in low-income households. Its aim is to revive and rehome pre-loved household items for the benefit of those in need.
Since launching our HomeKIT Project in 2020, we have rehomed over 800 items to homes in need! Thank you for your support, helping us save items from landfill and benefitting our local community.
If you think you have something that would be useful, please first check our Wish List below, then get in touch at homekit@shareandrepair.org.uk or call us on 07486 518197.

How does it work?
Share and Repair take donations of small, clean household appliances that are in working order. Our skilled volunteers will then PAT test each item to ensure it’s safe for a new home.
Items are then given to our local partner charities to distribute to those in need.
Please check with us that we need your item before you make the trip to the shop. Please check our Wish List below or email homekit@shareandrepair.org.uk with a picture and short description of your item.
Thank you.
