Saturday's Repair Cafes

This Saturday’s Repair Cafes

At our last Repair Cafe in Larkhall, our Roving Reporter Milly was on hand keeping an eye on all of the repairs!

“Who would’ve thought this baby was 70 years old! He was brought in for rejuvenating, to be passed down to his proud owner’s grandchild. Georgie started life in Kenya and all these years later found his way to the café for Paul to work on his face and Jane to spruce up his dungarees.

Jane was also kept busy on her sewing machine with a backpack and a few coats, whilst it was all about tools for Fred who was hard at work sharpening secateurs and garden tools for the Alice Park Community Gardeners.”

If you need to get something repaired, why not come to one of our Repair Cafes this weekend? We’ll be at:

✨ New Oriel Hall, Larkhall, BA1 6RA, from 10 – 1pm

✨ Wallington Hall, Bradford on Avon, from 10am – 12:30pm

✨ Bear Flat Community Hall, Bruton Avenue, BA2 4QJ, from 9.30 – 12.30pm

✨ Saltford Hall, Wedmore Road, Saltford, BS31 3BY, from 11 – 1pm

Please arrive as early as possible to ensure that there is time to work on your repair, we have limited capacity and our volunteers will do their best to help – sometimes we get really busy and we don’t want to have to turn you away!
