Sharing the magic of Bath at Christmas

The lucky children of Bath will be able to have an enchanting green Christmas this year
with a visit to the city centre Elves’ Swapshop at 5 Old Bond Street! Our own little elves
from Share and Repair have joined their friends from the North Pole and the team at
Bath BID to create a festive experience with a difference.

Come and see the Elf-o-matic!

From Friday 26 November, children will be able to see our wonderous Elf-o-matic toy
upcycler machine in action. They can bring along an outgrown toy, see the Elf-o-matic in
action as their toy is checked and made ready for its new owner. Then each little visitor
can take home a new-to-them toy of their pick from the Swapshop, post their Christmas
wishes in Santa’s postbox, enjoy a Christmas singalong or a workshop.

It will be an enchanting Christmas experience showing kids that sharing and reusing can
be just as magical as getting something new and that a very happy Christmas does not
need lots of stuff, waste and consumption.

Book to visit the Elves Swapshop here or drop in Saturdays between 10-6pm.

Donate pre-loved toys
You can help us share the magic of Christmas by donating toys to stock the Swapshop
(perfect for a pre-Christmas clearout!). Drop off your donated toys at the Share and
Repair shop when we’re open (Wed, Fri, Sat 10-1pm and Thurs 1-4pm) or in the
donation box at St Michael’s Church, Broad Street. Thank you for helping bring the
Christmas magic to the Swapshop!
