Here’s Nigel and his beloved bag that was recently repaired by our sewing repairer Catherine.
Nigel came in to the shop to get his backpack fixed – it had nearly fallen apart completely at the seams through years of use! The straps and top hoop were fraying and desperately needed some TLC.
Nigel said “My Kipling backpack is older than the kids and they flew the nest years ago! I’ve got a lot of fond memories associated with the bag and it’s become a bit of a joke that I’m going to be buried with it. The years have taken their toll and I’ve had a few attempts trying to save it, but finally Share and Repair did a fantastic job on repairing the fraying straps to give it a new lease of life!”
He said that Catherine did such a good job that you can’t really see the repair!
