What is The Big Give's Green Match Fund Week?
It’s a seven-day online event that runs every year, by an organisation called the Big Give. The goal is to help fundraise for charities that play a vital role in tackling pressing environmental issues.
Any donations made to participating charities via their website in the week of the 22nd – 29th of April 2025 will be doubled!

Why Are We fundraising?
Help us #GetBathBorrowing!
Did you know that in 2022, according to the World Health Organisation – humans were responsible for the creation of an estimated 62 million tonnes of e-waste; reportedly enough to fill trucks bumper-to-bumper stretching around the equator. This is expected to increase to 82 million tonnes by 2030!
We want to change that by making borrowing instead of buying items more accessible to everyone through our Library of Things.
We run our Library of Things from our shop in Central Bath, but we are working with Mulberry Park Hub to locate some lockers of items from our Library of Things there. This will give greater access to borrowing items instead of buying to residents in the South of Bath, saving money, time and the environment.
Whilst we use our cargo bike every day as a brilliant service offering deliveries around Bath, the addition of lockers in Mulberry Park Hub will enable customers to pick up and drop off items at at their own convenience.

Where would they be?
Mulberry Park Hub
We estimate these would be the first lockers in the south west!
Library of Things lockers already exist around London, help us achieve our goal of having the first lockers in the South West! This would be a huge achievement and make Bath’s residents more aware of the benefits of borrowing instead of buying.
We’re already the first high street shop with both Repairs and a Library of Things in the South – help us beat this next record!
